Gerry O'Reilly

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Gerry O'Reilly has been with PDS since June 2008. Growing up in a large family with eight siblings, Gerry moved to the U.S. in 2000 to be closer to his son, John. Prior to joining PDS, Gerry worked in children’s homes in Scotland and later at Casa Allegra, where he built strong relationships with some of the same clients he now supports at PDS.

As an Employment & Community Support Facilitator, Gerry enjoys helping clients achieve their goals while also fostering a sense of community and fun. One of his favorite activities at PDS is playing table tennis, where learning and laughter go hand in hand.

Outside of work, Gerry enjoys listening to music, watching old movies, and spending quality time with his family.

He shares his perspective on working with adults with disabilities: "I wish everyone knew that adults with disabilities are just like everyone else. No one is perfect, and we all have our own disabilities."
